As Director of the company, Katherine understands the importance of delivering a high-quality service. Following graduation, she pursued a career in Bath, specialising in Block Management and Residential Lettings.
Katherine is passionate about changing the perception of block management by providing a transparent, personal and approachable service, an ethos that is equally reflected in residential lettings.
Nicola Wakefield MARLA
Estates and Property Manager
Nicola is our Estates and Property Maintenance Manager and has been in the property industry since 2015, bringing extensive experience and expertise to the team. She is known for her excellent customer service and efficient approach.
Nicola has completed her NFOPP Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management and works alongside Katherine to co-ordinate Block Management maintenance and health and safety, ensuring our blocks are maintained to a high standard.
Tina Heckford
Finance Manager
Tina joined TempleHill in 2018 and is the Finance Manager for our Block Management department. Working alongside Katherine, Nicola and Amy, she plays a key role in managing our expanding Block Management portfolio.
With a strong focus on accuracy, organisation and client care, Tina ensures the financial management of each development is handled efficiently and professionally.

Ashleigh has worked in the lettings industry since 2019, building strong knowledge of property management, legislation, and client care. She holds her ARLA Propertymark Level 3 qualification and is currently working towards her Level 4, demonstrating a clear commitment to the industry and continued development within the sector.
Amy Dowdell
Assistant Block Manager
Amy joined TempleHill in August 2025 and has quickly developed a strong understanding of Block Management. She works closely with Nicola, assisting with maintenance and ensuring all our blocks are managed efficiently. Known for her excellent customer service, Amy provides support with a friendly and professional approach.
