Following graduation Katherine pursued a career in Bath specialising in Block Management and Residential Lettings, having now relocated back to Sherborne Katherine is keen to change the way block management is perceived by offering a transparent, personal and approachable service. This is echoed in residential lettings.
Nicola Hansford MARLA
Estates and Property Manager
Nicola is our Estates and Property Maintenance Manager, having been in the property industry since 2015, bringing an abundance of experience, knowledge and expertise to the team. Nicola prides herself on her excellent customer service and efficiency. Nicola has also completed her NFOPP Level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management. Nicola also co-ordinates the Block Management maintenance and health and safety alongside Katherine.

Finance Manager
Tina is the finance Manager for our Block Management department, working alongside Katherine, Natasha and Nicola managing our expanding Block Management portfolio. Tina joined TempleHill in 2018

Border Terrier
Dolly the Border terrier has been a member of the TempleHill team for 6 years, assisting in both the Block management and lettings department. Dolly loves a lunchtime walk, a good cuddle, although lacking in tea and coffee making skills, this is a working progress and Dolly is an excellent member of the team.
